All payments made towards consultation or treatment plans are non-refundable, regardless of the stage or duration of the plan.
Cancellation for Future Months
- You may cancel the plan for the next month by giving prior notice at least 7 days before the renewal date.
- Any cancellation request after this window will apply to the subsequent billing cycle.
Ending a Plan Responsibly
We strongly recommend consulting your assigned doctor before discontinuing any plan.
This allows us to create a safe and structured “getting off” protocol, which may include:
- Tapering off medications or supplements or creating a long term following plan
- Transitioning dietary/exercise guidance
- Managing any risk of withdrawal or imbalance
